Job seekers are still looking for fully remote jobs. In a recent FlexJobs survey, 81% of respondents stated that the ability to work remotely was “the most important factor in a job,” ahead of salary, career advancement, benefits and other factors.
FlexJobs analyzed more than 50 career categories in its own database to determine which industries offered the most fully remote jobs between January and December 2024. The organization defines a fully remote job opening as any professional-level role that allows a worker to complete their job responsibilities entirely from home.
