CVS, Peloton and DoorDash among top 25 companies offering hybrid jobs

Hybrid work has proven to be employees' work style of choice, prompting many to dedicate entire job searches to finding companies catering to their need for flexibility. 

In an effort to help more job seekers find the hybrid positions they want, remote job search platform FlexJobs released its second annual Top 100 Companies for Hybrid Jobs list for 2023, where they ranked the companies recognized for having the highest number of hybrid job openings over the last 12 months.

"We were pleased to see the scope of industries and employers embracing hybrid working models," says Toni Frana, lead career expert at FlexJobs. "It's clear that hybrid work isn't just in high demand among professionals, but also considered by many companies to be the preferred long-term model in the current work landscape."

Sixty-two percent of hybrid postings are for experienced-level positions, according to FlexJobs, making hybrid work accessible to a majority of professionals with a few years under their belt. Manager-level roles account for 19% of hybrid postings, senior manager-level jobs make up 13%, and entry-level roles make up the remaining 6%. 

More than half of the companies are new to this year's list, but all are considered strong prospects for hybrid job seekers, with each offering some variation of schedule flexibility between in-office and remote work. Management Consulting company Robert Half International came in first place, followed by HR consulting services companies Kelly Services and Lee Hecht Harrison.

"Flexibility fosters a culture of mutual trust and respect between companies and their employees, and we believe this culture will continue to allow our clients, our contractors and our company to thrive into 2024 and beyond."
