These 25 CEOs are Glassdoor’s top leaders during coronavirus

Corporate leadership hasn’t gone unnoticed by employees during the coronavirus pandemic.

Glassdoor compiled a list of the 25 highest rated CEOs on their website based on employee reviews during the last five months. Using text analysis, Glassdoor was able to determine which qualities these corporate leaders have in common: Clear policies around health and safety, flexible work options and frequent, transparent communication set these CEOs apart from the rest in the eyes of their workforce.

“Given the unprecedented nature of COVID-19, this was the first time many CEOs had to lead their companies through a global pandemic,” says Amanda Stansell, senior economic research analyst at Glassdoor. “There’s no executive playbook for a pandemic, but Glassdoor reviews and insights show that strong leadership during a crisis includes adapting quickly while prioritizing the wellbeing of employees."

The CEOs who made the top 25 came from large U.S. companies in diverse industries, including healthcare, tech, finance, manufacturing and insurance. Check out the full list to see which CEOs were recognized by their workforce:
