Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius urged state and local officials to continue to send their constituents to Healthcare.gov, promising the user experience is now much better.
Speaking on a Tuesday conference call organized by the White House, the secretary again reiterated what the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have been saying.
We are on track to have significantly different user experience by the end of this month, she said.
Sebelius cautioned that the on switch has not magically been flipped on, though the experience is vastly improved each and every day. She said HHS sees more and more enrollments every day and is simplifying the website every day. Further, she added that improvements will continue beyond December 1st.
