Fran�ois Wasselin

Fran�ois Wasselin is Senior Vice President of Project Development for ACS. ACS has financed 9 P3s in North America to date, totaling more than $15 billion in value, including in the US the Portsmouth Bypass in Ohio that reached financial close in April 2015 and Florida’s I-595 project. Fran�ois oversees the development of all of ACS’ new US P3 projects until they reach financial close and is now working to reach financial close on the SH 288 Toll Lanes in Houston. He is a civil engineer by trade and his experience prior to joining ACS in 2007 includes working as a method engineer for a subsidiary of Bouygues.
