Mr. Usry joined Rosemawr Management after spending 25 years in the municipal bond industry. �He started his career at EF Hutton and JP Morgan in public finance, specializing in the public power and utility finance sectors.�� From 1993 to 2008, he was at Citi Global Markets (and predecessor companies) where he was responsible for issuer derivatives, bond reinvestments and structured credit products. ��From 2003 to 2008 Mr. Usry was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Municipal Credit and Financial Products Group, with responsibility for all municipal direct lending, letters and lines of credit and derivative and reinvestment products.� �He served as a member of Citi�s Municipal Securities Division operating committee and the MSRB�s standing committee on municipal new products.After leaving Citi in 2008, Mr. Usry was a Managing Director at CapRok Capital with responsibility for municipal sales. ��He also served as an advisor to two of the monoline bond insurers on their liability portfolios and currently serves as an advisor to the Lehman Bankruptcy estate on municipal matters.�Mr. Usry graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Clemson University.
