Dr. Jennifer Hall serves as an executive coach and senior trainer for Eckerd College�s Leadership Development Institute (LDI).��After spending her first few years out of grad school as a professor at Eckerd, Jen was given the opportunity to launch an executive coaching line of business for LDI, a Network Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).� In her 15 years at LDI, Jen selected and trained approximately 30 executive coaches, served as a member of a core leadership team, and instructed in open-enrollment and customized leadership development programs.� Jen also spent a year in a similar role�as Coaching Talent Manager�at the Colorado Springs campus of CCL.�Jen has worked with executives from organizations representing such diverse industries as consumer packaged goods, entertainment, financial services, hospitality, information technology, membership services, and telecommunications.� She is certified and experienced in a wide variety of assessment instruments, and is herself the co-author of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile� (EMP), a research-based, online assessment of fourteen discrete components entrepreneurial mindset. ��Jen enjoys partnering with leaders to help them fully appreciate and leverage their strengths, minimize the impact of their weaknesses, and develop the kind of deep insight which allows them to make intentional choices in line with their beliefs, values and most cherished personal and professional goals.� Jennifer�s coaching sessions are typically characterized by intellectual discovery, humor, and a focus on action.A licensed psychologist and Board Certified Coach, Jen holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut, and a B.S. degree from Trinity College.� She has published research in diverse areas, including on the topic of personality influences on professional effectiveness.�
