After graduating university in Melbourne, Australia, Kate returned to the U.S. to work for an RIA. They created a position with the ultimate goal that she would run the firm. Over nearly eight years she became a Principal. But it was increasingly clear her outlook for the firm, and the industry, differed from that of the other, older, owners.She left to launch Belmore as a financial coaching practice that doesnt manage assets or sell products.
