Her 30-year career has focused on start-up ventures inherent on leveraging a corporation’s existing asset base.nRhonda developed her expertise in benefits administration outsourcing through her work with Marsh & McLennan where, as Sr. Vice President, her primary focus was leveraging Marsh’s distribution and administration capabilities to penetrate new markets using benefit administration to further develop benefit programs.
