A financial and operations executive with extensive experience in finance, accounting, administration, strategic planning, information systems, sales and marketing, and operations, Ms. Marcucci brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge relative to identifying strategy and executing against it. Her 30-year career has focused on start-up ventures inherent on leveraging a corporation’s existing asset base.\nRhonda developed her expertise in benefits administration outsourcing through her work with Marsh & McLennan where, as Sr. Vice President, her primary focus was leveraging Marsh’s distribution and administration capabilities to penetrate new markets using benefit administration to further develop benefit programs. Rhonda left Marsh in 2004 to found Gruppo Marcucci.  Now a nationally recognized consulting practice, Gruppo Marcucci works in the HR and Benefits Administration Technology and Outsourcing industry and focusing on consultation for the 25 – 20,000+ employee market.
