Stan Ladner

Stan Ladner joined the New York location of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 2003. As a partner, he focuses his practice on public finance matters, leasing transactions and structured and project finance. Prior to joining Fulbright, he was a partner at another New York law firm. Stan is experienced in virtually every facet of public finance, with an emphasis on housing, utility, health care and transportation transactions. In connection with the issuance and sale of public securities and private placements, he has represented issuers, underwriters, insurers and lenders. As the head of his previous firm's New York leasing office, Stan has substantial experience in leasing, both domestic and cross-border, with an emphasis on transportation and utility transactions. He has represented lessors, lessees and lenders. Stan also has an active practice in structured and project finance, including the use and development of various financial products, both corporate and tax-exempt related, and hedging transactions, including swaps, caps, collars, float contracts, forward delivery arrangements, guaranteed investment arrangements, indexed notes, call rights, options and repurchase agreements, among others.
