Dr. Wayne Jenkins is an accomplished physician and executive with a proven track record of patient-centered, revenue-driven results. Over the course of his career, he's consistently transformed large, complex healthcare systems into market leaders that deliver quality and value in a dynamically changing environment. Prior to Centivo, he was the Chief Clinical Officer for Population Health at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he provided clinical oversight of value-based care delivery and completed the formation of Medicare Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). Before his time at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Orlando Health, as well as President of Orlando Health Physician Partners. Previously, Wayne was the chief of radiation oncology and then subsequently the medical director for the Florida affiliate of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, a subsidiary of Orlando Health, Inc. Wayne holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, an MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and a Master's of Health Policy and Administration from Johns Hopkins University. He is board-certified in radiation oncology and was recognized in Best Doctors in America annually from 1994 to 2015. He's published 18 scientific articles and is often sought out to speak at state and national conferences.

Priya began her public sector and workforce development career in New York, working in strategy roles for government and non-profit organizations, including at the NYC Department of Small Business Services and the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation.

In her work, Priya is committed to lifting up nontraditional educational pathways that are focused on skills of the future and remove barriers to economic prosperity for diverse talent that still remain grossly underrepresented across growing industries, like technology.

Megan Smith's diverse career journey at SAP spans almost two decades, across multiple lines
of business: from instructional design and training to product management and, for the majority of time, in HR. She has been an HR Business Partner supporting global leaders across sales, engineering, marketing, and product support. In 2018, Megan spent six months conducting two major academic studies for SAP in partnership with Temple University: determining factors that drive innovation culture and discovering how creativity, stress, and engagement are impacted by working in the office vs at home. 

Over the past five years, Megan has been deeply involved as an HR leader in SAP's acquired cloud businesses in North America, the Head of HR for SAP Canada, and in 2022 expanded her
responsibilities to assume the role of Head of HR for SAP North America. Some of Megan's focus as of late has been developing SAP's Flex Work guidelines, D&I tools to develop inclusive
leadership, managing retention in a competitive market, and leading the COVID-19 Vaccination
office entry policy.
