As Vice President of Human Resources, Jena is responsible for executing a modern and scalable HR structure within the company. She manages all Human Resources programs, policies, procedures, and services, and her depth and breadth of experience with people and culture, and the application of that knowledge, are incredibly valuable.

Jena joined Central in 2020 as our Director of Organizational Development, focused on leadership development and employee engagement, as well as our employees' mental health and well-being. Before Central, she held the Senior Organization Development Psychologist/Consultant role with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Jena earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Indiana State University.

Lorraine Beste is a tax and accounting manager at a CPA firm in central Texas with 20 years of tax and accounting adventures.

Alex Cardona is COO and co-founder of Codat.

Fotis Konstantinidis is a managing director at Stout, leading the digital and data analytics practice. He started his career as a brain researcher and held leadership positions delivering AI-driven products and services at McKinsey & Co., Accenture, Visa and Co-op Financial Services.

Miten Aghera is a senior vice president in the accounting and reporting advisory practice at Stout. He advises both public and private clients in a broad range of industries on internal control over financial reporting and SOX, including SOX implementations.

Binu Sudhakaran is an associate partner specializing in technology and implementation. He is based in McKinsey's Boston office.

Brad Burch is a managing director in the accounting and reporting advisory practice at Stout. He advises both public and private clients in a broad range of industries on complex technical accounting matters and financial reporting, including initial public offerings.

Lisa V. Zivkovic is an associate in Morrison Foerster's Privacy + Data Security Group, where she advises clients across industries, including financial services and fintech, on issues at the forefront of privacy and cybersecurity. She holds a Ph.D. from New York University in the history of data privacy in the United States and Europe.

George L. Salis is principal economist and tax policy advisor at Vertex. He is an economist, lawyer and tax professional with several years of experience in international taxation and trade compliance, tax planning and controversy, fiscal regulation and tax economics consulting. He is responsible for analysis of economic, legal, financial, trade and development issues in countries, as well as tracking and analyzing the rapid change in tax policies and regulations, and intergovernmental organizations and tax administrations around the world.
