Christy has been passionate about immigration all her life. This passion inspired her to dedicate all of her professional and volunteer efforts to this field. She has been helping foreign nationals since 1997 and practicing business immigration law with prominent law firms since 2001. Over the course of her professional career, Christy gained extensive experience partnering with corporate clients of all sizes, from startup companies to Fortune 500 companies. She is trained and certified by Worldwide ERC as a Global Mobility Specialist, which serves as the base of her keen understanding of a wide range of global mobility issues facing clients. Christy is also recognized by Best Lawyers for her work in immigration law. This holistic approach to her practice addresses immigration’s multifaceted nature, from relocation resources to cross-cultural consideration.

Sheila Dukas-Janakos, MPH, IBCLC, LE, RLC is CEO and Co-founder of Healthy Horizons Corporate Lactation Programs and Breastfeeding Centers. Healthy Horizons lactation rooms are found in Fortune 500 companies and top workplaces in over 110 cities in North America. Their breastfeeding centers have supported over 100,000 families and counting. 

Sheila was inspired to start Healthy Horizons after her physician discouraged her from breastfeeding during her first pregnancy and found there was little to no support for breastfeeding at home and in the workplace.  Healthy Horizons was a first-to-market business 30 years ago and continues to be the industry leader in their work for lactation benefits in the workplace today.

Tammy Bradly is the senior director of clinical product marketing at Genex Services.

Jenn has more than 25 years of outsourced accounting and finance experience, with particular expertise in startups and the advertising and creative production industries. She is passionate about seeing companies utilize the latest accounting technology to maximize their efficiency, productivity, and ultimately, success.

Before joining Armanino, Jenn founded and led Team Jenn Corp., a firm dedicated to the strategic financial management of startups and small businesses, offering a comprehensive back office solution with accounting, finance and HR solutions.  Previous roles include stints at advertising giant Ogilvy and Mather, and in the cash management industry.

Kyle Allen is senior vice president & executive partner of Vaco, a talent solutions firm that provides consulting, contract and direct hire strategies around the globe.

Scott is passionate about developing and unlocking the potential in people, creating a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and succeed, and bringing this same passion to solving complex problems. He spent 15+ years at eBay where he was most recently Vice President of Customer Service Technology Solutions. He played a key role in expanding their operations in Utah and co-led the transformation of eBay’s global customer service with a focus on improving the customer experience while decreasing costs annually. Scott attended the University of New Mexico where he studied Business Administration.

Missy Plohr-Memming is senior vice president of MetLife’s Group Benefits National Accounts Sales organization, which provides employee benefits solutions to U.S. based employers with 5,000 or more employees. In this role, Plohr-Memming oversees sales strategy and key growth initiatives to drive top-and bottom-line financial results.
