For more than 20 years, Stephanie has brought her passion for employee wellness to industries of all sizes. Her attention to aligning mental and physical health brought forth a much-needed alignment of wellness and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for the clients she has served. She combines fourteen years of EAP experience with a background in Human Resources, coaching and wellness program operations.

Stephanie is a Duquesne University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Organization Behavior and Leadership, she holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University and holds a number of wellness certifications, including a Holistic Fitness Specialist and Lifestyle Wellness Coaching certification from NETA and Certified Corporate Wellness Coach (CCWC) from The Spencer Institute. Stephanie has conducted hundreds of speaking engagements and presently serves as the Director of Wellness for AllOne Health.

Jennifer Lamb is the Vice President of Unemployment Claims Management at Equifax Workforce Solutions. Jennifer has been with Equifax Workforce Solutions for over 15 years, with leadership roles in both Operations and Verification Services. Her primary focus is to help drive efficiencies and process improvement while maintaining a customer centric focus.

Simon C. Mathews, MD, is an assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and a researcher focusing on understanding and improving the quality of digital health. He also serves on the clinical advisory board of Vivante Health, a digital health company dedicated to helping employers improve digestive disease outcomes and reduce the cost of care.

Sebastian Morgan is a career expert and digital content writer at Resume Genius, where he writes about employment and productivity. He's written for a number of publications including NewsLens International, Time Out, and Taiwan Scene.

Nicole Stelter, Ph.D., is the director of Behavioral Health at Blue Shield of California, a nonprofit health plan with more than $22 billion in annual revenue serving 4.7 million members in the state's commercial, individual, and government markets.

Stelter plays a key role in implementing Blue Shield's Behavioral Health Reimagined strategy. She is also responsible for providing behavioral health and market/provider expertise across Blue Shield of California's behavioral health initiatives, with a focus on commercial lines of business. 

Stelter has more than 30 years of behavioral health experience, most recently serving as Kaiser Permanente's director of National Strategic Customer Engagement, Specialty Consulting for Mental Health, and Health Equity. In this role, she led the company's total workforce health portfolio, including providing internal and external consultation and product development for mental health, occupational health, wellness, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and disability management services.

Stelter holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University-Dominguez Hills and she earned a PhD degree from Capella University in Minneapolis.

Stelter is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a clinical trauma professional, and holds certifications in community/organizational disaster mental health. Her clinical focus has been with the first-responder community (police and fire), and she served as a behavioral health officer in the California Army National Guard (State Guard/Reserves) from 2010 to 2015.
