Ashok has over 13 years of experience in public accounting. He focuses on leading firms accounting and reporting advisory services in Los Angeles. He has led new standards impementation (including lease accounting standard) advisory engagements for over 30 companies. He is also part of firms experts group on the FASB's and IASB's lease accounting requirements (i.e., ASC Topic 842 and IFRS 16).

Charlie Perer is co-founder and head of originations at SG Credit Partners Inc. (SGCP). In 2018, Perer and Marc Cole led the spin-out of Super G Capital’s cash flow, technology and special situations division to form SGCP.
Perer joined Super G Capital LLC in 2014 to start the cash flow lending division. While there, he established Super G as a market leader in lower middle-market second lien, built a deal team nationwide and helped generate about $250 million in originations.
Prior to Super G, Perer co-founded Intermix Capital Partners LLC, an investment and advisory firm focused on providing capital to small-to-medium sized businesses.
