Naomi Leventhal (00:07):

Good afternoon. I am Naomi Leventhal, Chief Growth Officer for Reperio. And at Reperio we call ourselves an Innovation in Biometric screening. And if you're going to call yourself an innovation, you better be transformational. You better be truly different. And we aim to not be your mom's biometric screening of the past. And what did that look like? It looked like funneling people into a conference room, cattle call style, getting their biometrics, indexing more for speed than service, and sometimes even asking your employees to go into a dingy lab and get their blood drawn, making them take time out of work, take time out of their personal lives to go do their biometric screening. And that all resulted in very low participation rates. So the investment that you were making in biometric screenings wasn't really panning out, but everyone just kind of accepted 10 to 20% participation rates. But at riper, we are breathing new life into what that experience can be for your employees, especially those that are not co-located in one place. We really provide a biometric screening solution, especially for your remote workforce. So we have a short video that'll show you the whole process from start to finish.

Video Presentation (02:15):

First, the user seamlessly connects the kit to the Rubio app. The first screening is blood pressure and heart rate. Next, we take their weight to calculate their body mass index, then their waist measurements for relative fat mass. The final step is a blood screening with a finger stick to instantly calculate their total cholesterol LDL, HDL, triglycerides and glucose. Lastly, the user is presented with all their results instantly and then can share those results with a medical professional, virtually or in person. The kit is then returned to one of our warehouses for cleaning and sanitization. The quality and sanitization process includes a detailed quality inspection, rigorous cleaning and sanitization, and erases all personal data from the kit. The cleaning and sanitization process includes FDA recommended cleaning methods and electrostatic disinfectant spray procedure and quality assurance checks With an A TP swab testing device, once the quality and sanitization step is complete, the kit is ready to be shipped to the next customer.

Naomi Leventhal (04:25):

So at Reperio, we aim to take screenings out of the lab, out of those conference rooms, out of those outdated procedures that you used before for screenings and really equip you as people, leaders, to give your employees a modern consumer grade experience that they can control from the comfort of their own home and they can do their screening whenever they want. We offer 24 7 customer support in case they run into any issues and we give them instant results so they can take that information and share it with their care team. So I invite you to join us next door at our booth for more information and to also pick up one of our cool avocado themed, although we have nothing to do with avocados as a company, a tote bag with other goodies, and hear about how some of our clients who include Workday, Intel Children's Hospital, Colorado, are using biometric screenings to achieve better employee engagement so that they know their numbers, using that information to know which wellness programs they should invest in as a company. And then lastly and arguably most valuably, to be able to take that data and negotiate better insurance rates with their carriers. So thank you so very much for the opportunity to tell you about rip and how we can help you to modernize biometric screenings. And I hope you enjoy the rest of the show.
