Lisa Woods (00:05):
Walmart is obviously a big company and we're thinking about things as far as how do we offer benefits to the 1.6 million associates. And as we think about our mission, which has been focused on quality, it's been focused on virtual, it's been focused on access. How do we provide these benefits to our associates while thinking about AI and how is AI going to influence or change the environment and the benefits that we offer to our associates?
(00:49):
So AI in our benefit strategy is something that we're thinking about every day. It is new, it is different. We are a people led, tech empowered company. And so as we think about AI and the challenges, my team is spending a lot of time thinking about AI and how does it intersect with empathy and how do we move forward to ensure that we're supporting and helping meet our associates needs while still ensuring the empathetic side of care because healthcare is very personal.
(01:35):
The advice I would provide to other benefit leaders would be to persevere from an innovation perspective. Don't give up, keep pushing and moving forward and create change that is consistent, constant, and really making change within the communities that we live and support.
