Adapting our wellness programs to our shifting workforce, and not just maintaining what we've built, but making sure that we continue to have that grow. We have an ever-changing workforce that has different needs, and we want to make sure that our benefit plans and wellness program are aligned to what employees need today and not what they needed four years ago.
(00:38):
For next year. I'm more focused on social and community-based programs and wellness initiatives with focus groups and surveys our employees responded with. They want more opportunities for social connections. Mental health and burnout remain top priority for us at Golden One, but we want to bring in social connection because wellness isn't just about physical, mental, financial. It's also about social health, about connection, joy, and belonging.
(01:14):
To listen to your employees, listen to what they're saying, listen to what their needs are, and then back that up with data, and then you're able to create a concrete wellness strategy so that you can provide exactly what it is that they're looking for.
