
Many employers are looking for better incentives to drive engagement with primary and preventative care, but they don't fully understand how best to do so and how to justify the increased investment to their executives.
According to a recent pulse survey conducted by Employee Benefit News and Amazon One Medical, nearly a third of employers (30%) say utilization of primary or preventative care benefits is lower than expected. These missed opportunities for preventative care can lead to more illnesses and higher medical costs in the long run.
