Michelle Lanter Smith is the Chief Marketing Officer of EPAY Systems, where she oversees the company’s go-to-market strategy, customer success, and technical support operations. Michelle brings 20+ years of leadership experience in driving revenue growth for high-tech and service-driven firms. She graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

As head of innovation works at Businessolver, a leader in SaaS-based benefits administration technology and services, Brian is responsible for launching and scaling new solutions that will make life easier for clients and members.

Ann Wyatt is vice president of program management & engagement at HealthFitness where she oversees a national account management team. Her role includes strategy development and driving engagement for new and existing health management and corporate fitness programs, employee recruiting and training, program quality assurance and operations management.

Lee Lewis is the Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager of Medical Solutions for the Health Transformation Alliance (HTA), a co-op of over 50 of the largest employers in the country, representing 4.5 million members seeking to transform healthcare, saving lives and saving millions of dollars.

Susan Wyatt, MPH, is a recognized leader with a passion for public health and creating systems that help people lead physically and mentally healthy lives. Susan currently leads the Customer Success team at Lyra Health, overseeing relationships and building trust with Lyra’s partner companies, and serves as a company spokeswoman. Her public health background and deep benefit business partnership experience includes roles as a senior benefits business partner at Target and as a population health consultant at UnitedHealth Group.
