Outside of Atlassian, she is currently pursuing her graduate studies in Indigenous Psychology, focusing on Philippine Psychology at the University of the Philippines. She's been with Atlassian for four years now, spending two years within the Recruitment and People teams before moving to her current role.

Melissa Bartlett is senior vice president of health policy, The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC), leading the development of ERIC's health policy and advocacy for its legislative and regulatory priorities at the federal, state and local levels. 

Cyndi Wenninghoff has over 10 years of experience working in human resources in various industries including advertising, insurance, and technology. She currently works as the Director of Employee Success at Quantum Workplace in Omaha, where she oversees employee engagement, recruiting, DE&I, onboarding, and retention efforts. Quantum Workplace helps organizations make work better every day by creating a culture of employee success. Solutions include employee surveys, 1-on-1s, goals, recognition, feedback, talent reviews, succession planning, and the nationally renowned Best Places to Work contest.

Now in her 27th year with ADP, Amy joined the HR organization in 2012 to lead the Flexible Work Arrangements program. Her work includes all aspects from policy to technology to engagement to supporting the associates and leaders.
