Jonathan Ormsby is a strategic account manager for Transitions Optical, and 10-year veteran of the optical industry. In his current role, he focuses nationally on managed vision care and doctor alliance groups. Orsmby joined Transitions in 2006 as lens consultant in the Chicago market, working with eyecare professionals and optical labs in the midwest to grow their Transitions sales. In January 2008, he moved to Portland, Ore. to manage Transitions’ business in the Pacific Northwest. He has been an ABO approved speaker since 2007 and has given presentations throughout the country on everything from product specific education to industry data and business management.
