Siobhan Smith

Siobhan Smith is senior vice president, senior director, organizational development at First Niagara Financial Group. She is responsible for optimizing organizational effectiveness by aligning business strategy with First Niagara’s mission, vision and values including talent, culture, and change management. Most recently, Smith was senior director in Human Resources at New Era Cap Co. She provided strategic leadership in all aspects of attracting, retaining, compensating, and motivating talent. She most recently led New Era’s strategic planning team which developed the framework to aggressively grow the global brand.Smith has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, along with a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and Development both from Canisius College.
