Well, I think like any employer, we're also thinking about rising healthcare costs. So the other point that I think is really important is looking at our demographics of our workforce. As that changes, you need to definitely be engaged with that change because we have team members that are just starting out in their career. We have team members that are starting to form families, and then we also have those that are trying to balance the childcare and elder care at the same time. So having some sort of family focused benefit strategy or an innovative strategy to help combat that would be a challenge, but also definitely worth the investment.
(00:46):
Well, over the last year, we spent a lot of time looking into our chronic conditions, so three of them that were top of mind were obesity, diabetes and MSK. So we wanted to be able to implement a solution that would help combat some of those conditions and just received really good news that our leadership approved us to be able to implement some of those point solutions for the 2026 calendar year. So we're really looking forward to getting those implemented and seeing the positive impact that they'll have on our team members and their families.
(01:18):
I am really excited because we are just researching and trying to develop an AI chatbot just for benefits. So it will live on our internal SharePoint site, and it will be just for our team members to use, and they'll also have access to it through our FTI app. So our employer app, they'll be able to ask any kind of benefit related questions, and it's going to be focused just on our benefit plans and the benefits that we offer so they can get that instantaneous response.
(01:54):
I would say the best advice was have a voice. Don't be afraid to speak up and share your thoughts and your opinions because you never know which option is going to make a change for the way that you support your team members.
