Leading Digital Strategy & Governance for Capital One's UX/UI Design team since 2008, Rob leads several large scale platform and experience enhancements across 3 of the company's primary marketing domains: capitalone.com, capitalone.ca, and capitalone360.com. Rob serves as project stakeholder on complex enterprise initiatives, including: creating scalable and flexible platforms & frameworks, Responsive/Adaptive Web Strategies, web site redesigns, and the creation of supporting style guides and governance models. His work on 2013�s Responsive Web Effort positioned Capital One as the first top 10 Bank, and one of only a few Fortune 200 companies at the time, to release a fully responsive marketing web site at the Enterprise level.Today, Rob is leading the creation of Capital One�s first Enterprise Visual Design Language, internally dubbed ONE DESIGN, to better align the visual design and user experiences across all digital channels, applications, and platforms at Capital One.Rob has recently been interviewed by a few of the Mobile First Design industry�s leading experts and talent Ethan Marcotte and Karen McGrane as part of a 2 episode Responsive Web Podcast (part one / part two), as well as Brad Frost recent Style Guide Podcast.
