What do you do when technology goes wrong?

To say today was a technology nightmare is an understatement. It was as if Murphy's Law applied solely and specifically to anything I attempted involving my computer. As such, you'll note that today's post is both late and short.

I'm sure you're wondering how bad could today's tech dysfunction possibly have been? I know it can't compare to your most challenging e-experience -- after all, if I mess up technically, a federal agency won't slap me with penalties. But please believe me when I tell you, it was bad. Very bad.
