The government DOES NOT need to micro mananage rate disclosure. Instead of telling employers HOW to disclose, why not just require the disclosure. I agree to an extent that it would actually disclose to the employee how much the employer is contributing and therefore they would understand that benefits paid is part of the overall package that is offered. They only take into account how much they take home.
