Staying on task isn't as easy as it sounds, especially when working from home. But the solution to boosted productivity may already be at your employees' fingertips — right on their smartphone. 

Eighty-two percent of people don't use any kind of time management or productivity system outside of simple to-do lists to manage their work, according to 2021 data from time tracking software platform Clockify. The idea of adding tech tools into their workflow may intimidate employees, but it can be as simple as downloading a few new apps.

Sunsama

Sunsama is a time-blocking app that helps users add structure to their day. It allows you to manage multiple projects at once and schedule related tasks using the app's AI time-blocking tool. It also integrates with other productivity apps.

Pomofocus

The Pomofocus app acts as an alarm clock or a timer that helps users aim for 25 minutes of focused productivity, followed by a five-minute break to relax, stretch and hydrate.The 25-plus-five model continues for 3 times, and after the fourth round of productivity, users get a longer break of 15 minutes.
