Troubles are mounting for a health insurer over loss of several server drives containing enrollee and employee information.
After health insurer Health Net confirmed that server drives holding personal information on its members and employees were unaccounted for at its data center in Rancho Cordova, Calif., state officials launched individual investigations into the incident.
