I don’t know about you, but all of these studies that show how disengaged people are in their jobs is making me a little depressed. The latest gloomy stats are from Healthy Companies International, which finds only about one-quarter of Americans (26%) say they find happiness and fulfillment in their job.
Even more disheartening, another 11% feel their job is mostly a drain on their energy and happiness.
