The Keas HR Executive Survey also asked about open enrollment challenges. Educating employees about available benefits was cited by 47% of respondents, while 22% said getting employees to participate in benefits selection was their greatest OE challenge.
Benefits practitioners also shared their views on common mistakes made by CEOs:
- 64% said CEOs are guilty of not recognizing what truly motivates employees.
- 41% point out that CEOs fail to lead by example in the key HR initiatives deployed.
- 32% felt that CEOs don’t make company culture enough of a priority.
