New additions in leadership, management and territory have been spotted across numerous brokerage and law firms. Here are some of the noteworthy people moves for the month of August.

Lockton Companies has named Robert Aschentrop vice president in its Kansas City, Mo. office. Aschentrop will use his risk management and employee benefit experience to help with Lockton’s growth. Aschentrop has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on financial analysis, auditing and budgeting. Before joining Lockton, Aschentrop served as a Consultant for CBIZ and he was a senior banker for UHL and vice president for US Bank
