Employee benefit professionals should know that music as a modality checks all these boxes. Wisdom from ancient times of Pythagoras through the 20th century work of Einstein and others points to music at 528 hertz as having very special healing properties for living organisms. Named after German physicist Heinrich Hertz, it measures the frequency of sound waves and electromagnetic waves.
