PlanSource, a cloud-based provider of benefits administration, surveyed more than 2,000 employees across the country and found that more than half (52%) would prefer the following activities over going through the sometimes laborious open enrollment process:

Nearly one-third (32%) of employees say it requires too much research.

Thirty-one percent say figuring out how to fill out forms is difficult.

Twenty-nine percent say getting confirmation of selections/coverage takes too long.
