As the veil between life and work thins further, employees are looking to find a healthy balance. Whether offering the option to work remotely, set flexible schedules or take advantage of a generous vacation policy, these jobs from Glassdoor represent some of the best chances to break away from the work grind.

To create this list, Glassdoor researched job titles with at least 75 work-life balance ratings shared by U.S.-based employees in the past year from a minimum of 75 companies, with an employer-review ratio of at least 50%. Jobs also had to include the term “work-life balance” and/or related terms as a pro of the job in at least 20% of reviews.
