Glassdoor reveals the top 10 jobs of 2022

Employees are navigating an entirely new labor market this year — and they want to know what it has in store for them.

Job search platform Glassdoor revealed their Best Jobs for 2022, a comprehensive list that identifies the top careers for job seekers based on available openings, high job satisfaction and high earning potential. And despite the healthy mix of jobs that made the list, it also reflects the shifting, tech-focused priorities of a recovering workforce.

“Nearly half of the Best Jobs are those in fast-growing technology roles, showcasing the high demand for technical skills and talent in the tech industry and beyond,” said Richard Johnson, Glassdoor Associate Economist, in a release. “These popular tech jobs will need to leverage both hard and soft skills to help businesses across industries navigate an increasingly digital world.”

More than 36 million Americans will shift to remote work by 2025, doubling pre-pandemic levels, according to the Future Workforce Report. And as many employees begin their new year on the hunt for a new career or job, Glassdoor’s Best Jobs for 2022 offers an insight into the positions that will be making waves in the months ahead:
