The pandemic has prompted a number of changes in the workforce — including what jobs will see the most growth in the months to come.

Entire industries were upended by the pandemic, and at the same time, workers began reevaluating their priorities and leaving jobs in search of something new, according to LinkedIn’s recent Jobs on the Rise 2022 report. These shifts have ignited a recruiting frenzy, leaving professionals wondering where the workplace is headed and what role they want to play in it.

The pandemic also highlighted trends such as more automation and DEI efforts, as well as a focus on employee health and wellness and a shift to hybrid and remote work — all factors that are reflected in the jobs currently in demand.

In its 2022 Jobs on the Rise report, LinkedIn uncovered the 25 fastest-growing job titles over the past five years. In order to be ranked, jobs needed to see consistent growth across our membership base, as well as to have grown to a meaningful size by 2021.
