Many employees have similar questions about their corporate wellness program, especially if the program is brand-new.

Here are 11 questions benefit plan sponsors should be prepared to discuss with their employees to help them feel good about being a part of the wellness program, says Becky Squiers of TotalWellness.

Be honest and transparent. It’s OK to discuss rising healthcare costs and the desire to create a happy, healthy workforce.
