As employers issue return-to-office mandates, employees may be considering whether their new work structures will be deal breakers and where they should go next.
Remote jobs search site Flexjobs found that 63% of workers voted the ability to work remotely as the most important feature of a job, even beating out salary. And yet, 90% of employers plan to bring employees back to the office in some capacity in 2024, according to ResumeBuilder.
