Kronos is expanding its technology partner network.
The software services company said Tuesday it added mobile scheduling tool Branch to its Workforce Dimensions Partner Network, a third-party tech integration platform that includes offerings like Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn.
“Enabling innovative integrations with partners like Branch to empower employees is a core objective of Workforce Dimensions,” Mike May, senior director of the Workforce Dimensions Technology Partner Network at Kronos, says in a statement.

The company’s platform allows employers to give hourly workers access to earnings and budgeting tools. It also helps companies scale their labor force by automating staffing decisions and sharing information with nearby office locations. Branch has a communication feature that employees can use to access social feeds, channels and chat, the company says.
“By helping hourly employees to better manage their work lives, enterprises can address key priorities whether it’s streamlining processes or reducing administrative time and turnover,” says Branch CEO Atif Siddiqi.
Kronos has a number of big name companies as part of its third-party integrations. The workforce dimensions marketplace includes Workplace by Facebook, Google Sheets and Microsoft Outlook.
Data does show that employers are looking for more HR technology integrations. A recent survey from Reward Gateway found that 87% of HR professionals say having tools that integrate into their existing technology is a key priority. The current HR tech space is segmented, the survey found, with more than a fifth of companies using 10 or more different systems and applications at work, and roughly 60% using more than five systems every day.

Branch says it hopes the integration with Kronos will help Fortune 1000 companies reduce turnover, overtime costs and management time. It also hopes to increase employee engagement. Siddiqi notes that he is “excited” to partner with Kronos.
“We’ve been able to show that solving for workers’ challenges has a significant impact for the enterprises that employ them,” he says.
