Workplace Strategies Agenda 2021: How to support a post-COVID workforce

Since the pandemic hit in early 2020 and changed, well, just about everything, we’ve all been anticipating the much discussed “new normal” — a murky idea of a post-COVID future in which vaccines make it safe enough to go back, at least in part, to the old way of doing things.

But now, as COVID-19 infection rates have plummeted and businesses are reopening offices and rapidly hiring new team members, the question lingers: what does this new normal actually look like?

At Workplace Strategies Agenda, a new event from Employee Benefit News, we’ll start to answer that question along with help from experts and leaders across the HR and benefits space. The virtual event will take place on July 21 and 22, and will dive into such critical topics as post-pandemic benefits, creating a safe and equitable hybrid workplace, talent recruitment (and retention), and the path to truly impactful DEI initiatives.

Can we bring women back to the workforce? How can we better support working parents and families? What are the latest (and most successful) trends in EAPs? What new opportunities can we create in this uncertain time?

Leaders from SAP, Commonwealth, Machias Savings Bank, Calm, and Carrot Fertility, among others, will put their heads together to answer these questions and more, and a keynote presentation on resilience from Aron Ralston — adventurer, engineer, and subject of the unforgettable film127 Hours — will undoubtedly leave attendees feeling motivated and ready to take on whatever challenge comes next. (And, of course, ready to support their employees and team members throughout that next challenge.)
