In today’s evolving workplace, women are more ambitious than ever and continue to break barriers and achieve new heights in their careers. In fact, the 2023 Women in the Workplace study by Lean In and McKinsey found that 81% of women want to be promoted to the next level this year. However, the study also found that for many women, finding connection and support at work is a significant challenge, with about 20% reporting they are often the only woman in the room.

The role of mutual support among women — crucial for collective success — often remains underemphasized.
