Kathleen Thompson joins Extreme Reach Payroll Solutions as head of production incentives

With more than 20 years in the entertainment and media industry, Thompson brings both her expertise and deep relationships to this new role. She will be responsible for building a team focused on consulting and tax credit administration.

Justworks appoints new SVP to lead internal HR and people growth

HR technology company JustWorks has hired Allison Rutledge-Parisi to lead all people related functions at Justworks including recruitment, professional development, workplace structure, employee well-being, and performance management. Rutledge-Parisi was formerly the CHRO of The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

“Allison is well known for being an empathetic and thoughtful leader,” Mike Seckler, Chief Operating Officer at Justworks, said in a release. “Her experience leading people and human resources teams through periods of change will be invaluable as we navigate our next chapter of growth. Food52 names new senior vice president of people and culture

Katasha Harley has joined cooking company Food52 and will serve as senior vice president and the head of its people and culture division. Harley is Food52’s first-ever senior vice president and the head of its people and culture division. She will be responsible for shaping company culture, engagement and DEI strategies, and leading people operations, recruiting and performance enablement.

Harley was previously the head of talent development at the New York Times. Previously, she held human resources positions at Elizabeth Arden, KIPP NYC Charter Schools, L'Oreal USA and Time Warner.

Salary.com names new director of DE&I

Compensation management solution provider Salary.com has named Lenna Turner as its director of diversity, equity and inclusion. Turner has 20 years of compensation management experience. She will work with CEO Kent Plunkett and HR leader Chris Fusco on internal DE&I programs, and the development of relevant product and consulting initiatives, such as Salary.com's pay equity reporting toolkit.

Flagship Facility Services names new chief diversity and inclusion officer

Commercial cleaning services provider Flagship Facility Services has named former vice president of human resources Marion Terrell as its new chief diversity and inclusion officer. Terrell will lead and manage a team of diversity professionals who are focused on building and sustaining a workplace where all employees have a voice within the company and equitable opportunities to advance in their careers.
