Small businesses are making many changes to health insurance offerings, and those changes are leading to employee questions. As a result, the appropriate communication from advisers is vital to making the benefits a success. Zane Benefits shares its top 10 questions received from employees.

For advisers, “in order to ensure customer success and retention, [they] need to help employees understand the answers to these common questions,” says Zane Benefits President and CEO Rick Lindquist. “When employees don't understand their benefit options, many don't enroll in the benefit and the result is sub-optimal utilization … Low benefit utilization is the enemy of a successful renewal and a long-term client."
