Stress at work is unavoidable and despite their best efforts against it, a majority of Americans feel unduly stressed at their jobs.

Indeed, 78% of respondents to a CareerCast study on the issue put their stress level at a seven or higher on a 10-point scale. That’s a jump from the 2017 CareerCast stress survey in which 69% of respondents put their work stress level at a seven or higher.
